Amador Council of Tourism - Thurs Apr 14

Hello, Tourism Supporters,

I hope this note finds you enjoying Amador’s beautiful spring and your business is thriving.
Amador Council of Tourism’s board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 14 at 9 AM, at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort’s Hotel conference rooms. Attached documents are the agenda and February minutes. Still to come are January’s minutes.
All are welcome. Meeting starts promptly at 9 and conclude by 10:30 at the latest. Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort generously provides a light breakfast and hot tea or coffee. I will be there by 8:30 if anyone wishes to have breakfast with me. When the agenda business is concluded, we quickly go around the room and update everyone on our individual businesses or towns.
Reminder: Please note the hotel continues its remodeling and the third-floor bridge from the parking garage to the hotel is closed. Limited parking is available at the hotel parking lot and free valet parking is available at the hotel. Please allow extra time for this.
Plan B for Barbera, June 1-10: In anticipation of a sold-out event, we want to promote alternate activities between Memorial Day and the Festival itself. Is your business holding an event or activity that might tie into the Barbera, Italian, or just Plan B theme?
Please forward the information to our wonderful volunteers at info@touramador.com. We will post it on the website and use social media to amplify the message.
As always, please email me at maureenfunk@volcano.net or phone me at 209-969-5065 if you have marketing needs, suggestions, or offers of help. I am often out of office and recommend appointments if you want to meet with me.
Thank cfor your support,

Maureen
