"Days of 49" seeks Sponsors

Hi Everyone!
I'm sending this out to ask for your help in getting the word out about the "Days of 49" Wagon Train, Parade and fun coming up September 24-28, and asking for sponsors for the music, entertainment and historic wagons that will be set up (stationery) on Main Street on Sunday, September 28. We are planning lots of fun, interactive displays and activities for the whole family; dancing; old west shoot-outs; music and food! Sponsorships for the historic stationery wagons is $400 and you/'your business will have a sign by the wagon and will be mentioned in all of our promotional materials.  If you wish to sponsor entertainment, it will be $400 per group...this includes music and the costumed outlaw groups...and a sign promoting the sponsor will be next to the group performing.  We are also looking for non-profit organizations to do a BBQ as a fundraiser for their group.  This is going to be a huge county event...so don't miss out on the fun!  Thanks for your help!
Please give me a call if you can help in any way!
