Thanks to the Measure Q TOT Committee Members and guests who staffed our first TOT Phone Bank Calling Session last night from 6:30 to 8:30 pm @ Sutter Amador Hospital. We had seven volunteers @ the phone bank outreaching to registered voters throughout Amador County. We were able to call around 500 registered voters to give them the Measure Q Story. We were pleased not only with the warm reception we received from most of those that we talked to about Measure Q but that the majority were not upset that we were calling during a surprising Giants battering of The Tigers. More info on this first night's voter calling activity to follow shortly.
PLEASE NOTE : Our next Phone Bank date has been changed from Wednesday Oct. 31st to Tuesday October 30th ( from 6:30 to 8:30 pm ). We don't want to call on October 31st due to Halloween evening but also conflict with Giants game again.
The Tuesday October 30th Phone Bank location will be at The Amador Chamber of Commerce Office , 115 Main St, Jackson. Street Parking Avail . It would really help us reach a much larger Voter Audience if we had 15 to 20 volunteers making these important voter calls. PLEASE ADVISE IF you can volunteer for this activity. It would really help the campaign . Please use this e-mail to volunteer. Thanks.
